Overall Satisfaction with Adobe PhotoShop
Photoshop is used to annotate photographs, create content, create figures and posters, and manage high resolution files throughout our business. It is used by the whole organization save for a few employees who prefer other software. It addresses photo and drawing editing and is one of the leading products that does so.
- Editing jpg, png, and pdf files.
- Organizing file types and managing pdf images.
- Changing image resolution with minimal loss.
- Speed of use on computers without a strong graphics card.
- Opening line or vector drawings.
- Compatibility with non-Adobe software.
- Image file editing.
- Converting image file formats.
- Sharing pdf files.
- Made in-house generated images look more professional.
- Helps to touch up photographs of products.
- Designing images and art-boards.
Photoshop is an easier-to-use product with more functionality than GIMP, however, the former is a fairly costly software from Adobe, while the latter is an open-source and free-to-use photo editor, so direct comparisons may not make much sense. I'm not aware of many paid competitors to PhotoShop that have its full set of functionality.
