In our organization, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) is used to consolidate customer data from various sources across our online and offline channels, creating a unified customer profile that enables real-time, personalized experiences across all touchpoints, ultimately addressing the challenge of delivering relevant and consistent messaging to customers regardless of where they interact with our brand, improving engagement and conversion rates.

  • Offline Data Ingestion.

Cons

  • DV360 1PD PII Data Connector.
  • Login Report.
  • Filter in destination search.
  • Increase CTR.
  • Higher License Cost.
  • Need skilled or certified Adobe Experts.
  • Higher conversion rates.
Getting ROI measurement from the platform is not that efficient. Lack of connectors b/w DSPs High Recurring Cost.
Very neat and clean Platform UI Easy of navigation.

Also, having multiple digital assets (i.e., website, mobile application, CRM, SMS campaign channels, etc).
