Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform
We use RT-CDP to build audiences for our various B2B and B2C use cases which help us with advertising targeting and personalization.
Pros
- Connections with various Destinations.
- Ability to connect online and offline triggers.
- Ability to view all profile attributes and events.
Cons
- Ability to report within Adobe CDP itself instead of CJA.
- Better documentation to use event forwarding to external partners.
- Ability to get alerts when we use our usage limits within CDP.
- Improved Personalization.
- Sharing offline/online audiences.
- Better targeting within ad destinations using CDP audiences.
Adobe CDP is a very capable product that offers all of the features that its competitors offer and more. The only differences can be noticed while connecting with other external tools. Adobe can help easily connect with tools within its ecosystem: Analytics/Marketo/Target, etc.
