However, its usage has now spread across the company. It allows us to touch customers in a way we'd been unable to before -- targeting specific people based on affinity, demographics, buying habits, etc. with personalized and relevant content.,Analytics: it's easy to obtain and understand. Usability: the database is intuitive and easy to learn. Targeting: you can easily reach your target audience.,Customization: users are limited to pre-made designs. Design: we have the same issue here; it would be great if users could upload designs from Creative Cloud. If you're struggling to reach a target audience in a touchpoint other than email/print, Lytics is for your business. If your website doesn't have much web traffic, Lytics is NOT for you. It doesn't help with external acquisitions, only with retaining customers who are already on your site.

Lytics is designed to help marketers increase customer lifetime value by delivering the next-best experience — automatically and at scale. Interpret first-party customer data and leverage built-in data science to predict future actions to deliver a relevant cross-channel message in the moment: when and how the customer wants to receive it. Profiles can be built off of multiple unique identifiers, leading to more identity matches, at a higher level of accuracy.
