Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Many of our transactions are done over the phone and we send customer an invoice with pertinent information to confirm and verify order as well as ship to address, and payment type.
  • Speed at which we receive confirmation of signature is good. We work on last minute orders all the time and speed is good.
  • Preparing the form for signature is efficient and easy. Straightforward.
  • Mobile phone approval easier, some times customers claim they didn't get my email.
  • Sorting them once they have returned.
  • We use to be able to see if they have looked at them on initial screen now we have to go into the file to verify.
  • No negatives.
  • It has made doing business from a far much easier and more secure.
The support is pretty good when we initiate a call for simple things but we found that the billing is a little bit confusing.
It's been a great piece of mind that chargebacks would be minimized. Ran up against only 1 chargeback in 5 years. A potential chargeback with a customer who uses AE and the credit card co. sided with us because of the documentation we had, including the Adobe Signed Invoice.
We use it many times daily. Most of our business is phone sales so it has ensured the clarity of communication to make sure they get what they want and when they want it and we use the appropriate for of payment.

It has worked very well for our company and there are many that have started using it that we have requested signatures from because they see the benefits and ease for them of using it.
