Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
We are using it for secure, encrypted signatures on foundational enrollment documents as well as large distributions of occassional documents that still need to be signed.
- Being able to run a report to csv for all fields is fantastic.
- The interplay between Acrobat and Sign is vital.
- Copy/paste for fields in signatures would be better if they defaulted to a new name instead of a copied name. That would allow for better csv reports after signatures have been applied.
- Some merge fields would be a big help, allowing us to automatically complete some fields without forcing users to input data we already captured. if those merged fields could remain editable, that would be even better.
- Linking signatories into groups so that one member can sign for all would be a helpful feature for megasign.
- I can still access an editable version of the form through the webpage after it has been signed. I would feel better if it was more secure.
- 300 has a cutoff for megasign is annoying as our list of households is usually around 160 and so we just exceed that limit.
- Great streamlining of our largest paperwork efforts.
- Follow up on uncompleted forms is much easier.
This is not a daily use product, it's main advantage is to broadcast a document to be signed be a large audience and tracking that progress.
