Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign for contract routing, employee reimbursement, credit card purchase request. It is currently being used across the university. It helps with the tracking of documents, through the approvals of several departments. Since Covid-19, our use has dramatically increased as it allows for an electronic process where in the past it was paper.
  • Tracking of all actions on a document.
  • Daily emails when approvals are pending.
  • Being able to attach notes or comments, which will be seen by all parties.
  • Being able to add individuals, who need the final copy only.
  • Positive as documents don't get lost in the process.
  • Negative - might bog down your email if you are out of the office for an extended time.
We have had some issues as it related to an enterprise vs a free account, and being able to combine the 2 accounts for history.
It is pretty straightforward and has tutorials.
We use it for processes where multiple approver are required for document processing. Personnel forms, contacts, reimbursements check requests and credit card purchase requests.
