Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

[Adobe Sign] is being used across multiple departments to facilitate paperless processes
  • Audit trail on documents is excellent
  • Template setup is easy but could be more intuitive
  • Customer support
  • Users/Groups configuration
  • Editing/managing templates and files
  • Downloading mega email responses is annoying
  • In HR it has eliminated an hour or more of processing time for each new employee on their first day at work, increasing efficiency for the HR department
Ease of understanding the techs who respond, response time. Techs do not always address the issue needing resolved.
The glitches I see from time to time
Paperless processing -

HR - compliance and onboarding of new employees
As a school we use it in a similar way for student enrollment and registration/compliance
Our business office uses it for contracts, purchase orders, expense reports
