Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Currently we use Adobe Sign for the approval of invoices and other documents. We are able to send several documents, each requiring a signature and coding, at a time to a single individual. Most of these documents have time restrictions and require additional information from the signer. All of these things are made possible with Adobe Sign. The only limitation that I see from our version of the program is the amount of pages it allows us to send, which is capped at 100 pages. It is rare we have documents that large, but there are times. Otherwise, Adobe Sign is invaluable to the work we do here in Finance.

I haven't had to contact support often, but when I do, they can usually fix whatever issue I am having within the phone call. I believe there was one instance where it took a few days, but it is very rare that this occurs. They always follow up the call with an email making sure all was resolved to our satisfaction.
Adobe Sign can be used throughout a vast amount of departments within a company. It is a very useful tool that allows us to streamline our processes and strive for a paperless environment. It has definitely met the expectations of myself and my team in how we use it daily to process our invoices.
With over 20 locations locally, Adobe Sign allows us to send and receive signatures and approvals for invoices from any and every location. It allows for a secure space to safely send documents instead of through mail or courier where they could get lost or compromised. It allows for overall swift functionality.

In Accounts Payable, we are required to have approvals for the payment of invoices. Having the ability to send those documents within seconds of receiving them to individuals off-site for a quick turn around is imperative. Having these signatures on the document instead of in an attachment makes it easy for the auditors to move on to the next task.
