Adobe Sign leading the charge to a paperless work space
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
Currently we use Adobe Sign for the approval of invoices and other documents. We are able to send several documents, each requiring a signature and coding, at a time to a single individual. Most of these documents have time restrictions and require additional information from the signer. All of these things are made possible with Adobe Sign. The only limitation that I see from our version of the program is the amount of pages it allows us to send, which is capped at 100 pages. It is rare we have documents that large, but there are times. Otherwise, Adobe Sign is invaluable to the work we do here in Finance.
Pros
- The ability to have multiple signers on a single document
- The ability to repeat the requirements from one document to all documents within the file
- The speed at which the documents are sent out to our "free signers"
Cons
- Larger file uploads
- The ability to edit the document after upload, prior to sending
- Adobe Sign creates a fast turn around for payment of invoices
- Adobe Sign allows us to get signatures from signers no matter where the currently are
