Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently I am the only one using Adobe Sign, because I am the only authorized signer on documents. I use it for all kinds of contracts with state and local government, the department of education, insurance company and others. I really have been trying to go totally paperless and Adobe Sign really helps me keep a cleaner desk.

Pros and Cons

I like the fact that Fill & Sign makes for less paper on my desk.
Being able to sign a document immediately and return via email makes for very fast turnaround.

I'd like to see a Fill & Sign button in the utility bar at the top of the page. In addition, I like to have the capability to push the Fill & Sign button and go directly to me for signature. Currently, I have to scroll down on the right side of the page, select Fill & Sign, then select if it's me or signing for someone else. Should be one button on the toolbar.
It would be nice to have some kind of notary service for some documents.

Return on Investment

I really can't calculate the hours I've saved by not having to print out a document, sign it, put it in an envelope and stamp it and/or run it back to someone else's office.

Support Rating

I really can't comment because I've not used customer support. Perhaps that's a good thing.

Usability

This is so easy, even I can use it. I've never had an issue with any document.

Industry Usefulness

I work a lot with State and Local governments in providing services for the community. As you can imagine, working with government there are lots of documents to sign. In the past, I would have to run to the county offices to pick up and drop off a document for a signature. Or wait on the mail to receive a document, sign it and return it in the mail.
There have been times when a document has been lost in the mail or was not received by a specific timeline. Having Adobe Sign means a document never gets lost and is always on time.
