Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is being used by our organization for signing legal documents as well as non-disclosure agreements (NDA). Adobe Sign is also being used signing contracts with our clients. Also, the whole organization uses Adobe Sign across all department. Pre-covid, Adobe Sign addressed the difficulty of signing legal documents, NDAs and contracts for our remote workers and clients, now it is much more normal to sign documents using Adobe Sign because working from home is normal now. We don't have to sign legal documents physically since it replaces paper and ink signature process. Signed documents are much more easier to track and process with Adobe Sign.

  • Signed documents are easier to track, process and manage.
  • Adobe Sign is cloud-based and very secured.

Cons

  • More detailed training/tutorial on first-time use.
  • Easier usage for multi-signed documents.
  • Improve user interface to be much more friendly for non-techie users.
  • You can focus more time on what is needed. Not searching for physical documents to be signed. Adobe Sign manages them all.
  • Signing documents are much more convenient using your digital signature. Saved time and effort signing digital documents adds up.
  • Documents are secured and private with Adobe Sign.
Adobe Sign helped our corporation during pre-covid times and still helping us a lot more during this troubled time. Documents are secured and much more easier to track, manage and process that you won't miss signing a document. I can say that using Adobe Sign is fun versus signing documents physically and losing them.
Adobe Sign is very effective in its application. It works well with different document format and the email notifications are speedy when alerting you for requested and signed documents. Eliminates the trouble of scanning and printing physical documents. Overall it saves time, resources and effort. Adobe is also a trusted name and brand so you know what you're getting. Ease of use and service.

I'm not familiar with any other digital signing products outside Adobe Sign. Sorry.
Adobe Sign is well suited for use with legal documents and for remote workers and contractors. We find it very useful especially now that work from home is the norm. Documents are much more easier to sign digitally, much more secured and much more easier to handle as you can have Adobe Sign track all documents and process them.
