Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign is utilized across our whole organization, but managed in one department. We initially started using Adobe Sign two years ago to obtain nationwide clients in a multi-district litigation. In March 2020, when remote work became necessary, we began to use Adobe Sign for everything. At this point - our clients are signing almost all of their case related forms/documents/contracts through Adobe Sign.
- Adobe Sign is user friendly for our clients on desktop and mobile. This is important - our clients come from all over the country - different economic statuses and education backgrounds. These forms need to be easy to use and they are, which has helped us onboard and retain hundreds of clients through this pandemic
- Customer and Technical service is quick!
- Form editing is a breeze - the editor is clear and concise and some forms can be created in a manner of seconds.
- It should be easier to obtain a client's signature on a form and then go back into that form to add information.
- Desired functionality: The ability to change document text in the form editor, not just fields and field attributes. This is a normal functionality in Adobe Acrobat DC, lets bring it to AdobeSign!
- Positive impact: The ability to link signable forms on our website has allowed us to obtain and retain hundreds of clients in multiple multi-district litigations (MDLs), in addition to clients in our normal personal injury practice, that without Adobe Sign would have required thousands of man-hours to secure. We won't know for a few years what the ROI is because of the lengthy timeframe of litigation, but there's no question that Adobe Sign has helped us secure 100s more clients than we could have without it.
We use Adobe Sign predominantly for client sign-up documents - initial paperwork that establishes an attorney-client relationship and allows us to take the first steps on behalf of our clients in a legal claim. Additionally, throughout the pandemic, we've been able to use the platform for other forms and contracts for local clients in quarantine and attorneys/staff working remotely.
