Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign is being used across our organization, we have license users from all our sites. The problem we always encountered was when we add license users, our account ended up receiving notifications which were so alarming because it threatened to discontinue the service. The main reason was that the invoice was very confusing, it does not reflect the additional user's cost but it showed the whole amount for annual subscription and a fraction of the newly added license which is proportioned to the annual amount. Our accounts payable staff would park the invoice as they don't know what to do. After a month, the notification will show up to the account and it created fear as Adobe Sign is already part of our process and to be discontinued is difficult.
