Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We utilize Adobe Sign to help automate contract and agreement signature and execution for our Managed IT Services offerings. The single biggest pain point Adobe Sign alleviated was streamlining and automating the document signature flow and to that end, it's been a game-changer for our organization. The built-in reminders and ability to be able to track signature progress is a big win.

Support is largely through email, which can extend resolution times.
Adobe Sign is extremely easy to use, very little training is required due to the intuitive user interface and design. Creating signable documents, adding signers and recipients is also very easy. Searching for signed documents is also relatively easy but could be improved as the default only loads recently signed documents.
Adobe Sign plays a critical role in our new customer acquisition and existing customer retention efforts. Primarily used for our Managed IT Services agreements and customers, this enables us to streamline the onboarding and execution of these agreements. We also utilize Adobe Sign for internal document signatures for authorizations and approvals.

We have not used other products, however, in the initial evaluation against DocuSign Adobe Sign was more full-featured and priced more competitively than DocuSign.
Adobe Sign works very well in scenarios where multiple individuals from different departments or organizations need to sign a document in which a process or service is contingent. Adobe Sign also works well for internal document signature requirements. Adobe Sign does not excel as a document management system where document organization and storage is a necessity.
