ezLaborManager is truly EASY
Overall Satisfaction with ADP ezLaborManager
ADP ezLaborManager is being used by my department (HR) and across our company. This software has helped track our standard hours including overtime. It is a great system for tracking PTO, bereavement, sick time, and leave of absence. It's very important to our organization as most of our employees were hourly and everyone received leave benefits. This made it imperative that we had a system that was able to handle the complexity but is also very user-friendly for employees, managers, and administrators.
Pros
- Ease of use: This system was particularly easy to use for employees, managers, and administrators. The user-friendly interface and straightforward design helped make accessing and using it that much easier.
- Viewing: For employees clocking in the system it was easy to clock in/out and also see totals of each week worked along with totals in month/year and vacation accruals.
- Reporting: This option for administrators was very beneficial and fairly simple to run for novice users.
- Administrator: The ability to view all partners, edit any employee as needed and ease of making changes in a short period of time.
Cons
- Appearance: The website visual appearance could use a more 21st-century upgrade. It seemed plain and dull but that also helped as some systems are not easy to follow if too much is going on in the web page.
- The time savings from having to calculate the vacation, sick, bereavement was well worth the cost of this software.
- We were able to login once to ADP to then use ezLaborManager which helped save time from having to login multiple times and having to use different shortcuts to access the websites/modular.
- Paycor and aon hewitt
ADP exLaborManager - I prefer ADP over the Paycor and Aon Hewitt timecard applications. This software was more user friendly, had easier access, reporting, and tracking hours than the others I have used. I am not saying the others are horrible, just that ADP was more simplistic to use and administer than the others.
