Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

ADP is used in multiple departments. We used another payroll service prior to ADP.

  • Wage Garnishments: Would be nice if they broke down the CS garnishments (current, past due, current and past-due medical, and other fees) before uploading to Workday.
  • Looking up outstanding checks: This is VERY difficult to follow. When I click on uncashed/refunded and view I get a message that says my search produced no results.

  • When garnishments come through as an EIWO we are able to get them processed quicker than having to upload them ourselves.

We get updates as new compliances occur.
I think there is always room for improvement. The wage garnishment is not perfect. We have problems with the PQ for employees that are rehired with a different employee number. Usually, a UTL letter is sent out and we have to call ADP to let them know the employee was a rehire. Somehow, it would be better if the PQ would go off the last hire date. This could be an integration problem between Workday and ADP. Would just be nice if it could be fixed.

There are people in each department that have been very helpful and are knowledgeable.

Using ADP SmartCompliance

Some of the features are easier to use and some things are more difficult to find. It would be nice if ADP had an EASY button.
