Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP SmartCompliance for our employment verification software as well as unemployment claims compliance. We believe using one platform for these services saved time and money. Previously, we had three separate software platforms our Generalists would have to log into in order to comply with the regulations of both agencies.

ADP SmartCompliance was easily integrated with WFN and all of our employee data was in one place. We saw this as an advantage instead of having to log into multiple platforms, everything was quickly accessible to respond to a VOE or claim.
Our compliance department was able to access the system as well in order to complete tasks related to their work.
The customer service with SmartCompliance has been very helpful. We never have to wait for a response for more than a day and they always come with more information than what was originally asked for. We haven't had any complaints with the service we've received thus far. We also receive updates on regulatory requirements from ADP which keeps us up to date on compliance matters.
SmartCompliance would be suitable for any mid-size organization who needs help in their data compliance or verification of employment software. Unemployment claims as well as VOE's were all easily accessed and the information was simple to go through. The platform may not be appropriate for large organizations of over 800 or so employees with high turnover.
