Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

ADP SmartCompliance is used heavily by the Payroll Department. SmartCompliance holds all our Tax, Wage Payment and Garnishment records. Prior to ADP SmartCompliance, the company was using another 3rd party to perform Tax, Wage Payment and Garnishment functions.
  • Easy to find and download tax records and documents.
  • Great functionality, very user friendly.
  • I like the upload feature for tax notices.
  • Its a bit hard to navigate if you do not have prior experience.

ADP SmartCompliance is well suited for medium to large sized companies. ADP SmartCompliance is great when having to deal with muiltple states tax filings. The garnishment feature of ADP is wonderful!!!

ADP SmartCompliance is generally supported by your ADP Tax Account Representative. If you get a good tax rep, then you have no issues.
