Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We currently use Employment Tax to help us with all our tax needs. We also use Wage Garnishments. I have used ADP on a previous job and when starting this job recommended, we go with ADP to help simplify all of our tax needs.

We get regular correspondence on various changes that take place
Definitely huge time saver when filing daily, weekly and quarterly taxes. Also love the feedback process on agency notices.

Customer Service
One of the biggest factors for me is communication and customer service. If we have to continually reach out to get help I feel that is a waste of my time and company time and money.

Slow Initial Response
I am not exactly sure what premium support is
I had ADP with my last company and when taking over the taxes, they were horrendous. The representative at the time (Danee Gallegos) was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help in every aspect to work with me to get training and the help I needed to get everything cleaned up to the best of my ability.

That is one of the main reasons why when I joined PARIC I recommended ADP to our company. Currently they were working with another company on taxes and was not getting alot of support and the resources were not at all user friendly.

I still enjoy the resources that ADP has to offer and I have received amazing help from Audrey on the training she has provided. Our sales representative Brian was wonderful and the whole implementation process went smoothly.

My only complaint thus far is the help I am receiving from my current dedicated tax representative (John). It takes quite a bit of time for him to respond to any questions I ask and communication from him is very limited.

Other than that I would still recommend ADP to other companies.
As mentioned in the last comment, everyone and everything has been great. However sometimes you get one person that I feel can bring a score down and the current dedicated tax representative I have I do not feel is very supportive.
