Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

ADP SmartCompliance is a good tool to have ADP submit taxes and manage Garnishments and the Wisely program. It's been a time saving tool and also provides expertise.

we have integrated Workday with ADP SmartCompliance
We have input to WD from ADP SC for garnishments and taxes to ADP
ADP SC and The Bridge provide updates to changes in federal, state, and local government agencies regarding in all tax and compliance matters.
SmartCompliance is much more robust and inclusive than the previous tax vendor
We are able to determine if there is SIT and LIT for specific addresses, upload tax agency notices, and find periodic/quarterly/annual tax invoices easily.

Very seamless process

Change management was minimal - Once the agreement was in place our HRIS team was able to modify existing integration to accommodate the ADP requirements.

I am not sure if we have purchased premium support or not.
There have been times when we have received tax notices from various agencies and when we get in touch with our representative, we get the issue resolved very quickly.
There's always room for improvement, but generally we are happy with the support we receive.
