We use ADP SmartCompliance for publishing of our paystubs and W2s for easily access by employees, as well as employment verification

  • Enhancing the portal for a full employee self service since employees all have to retrieve paystubs and W2s from here, it drives adoption
  • Housing and storing of employee documents with more granular permissions
  • Creating a communications / collaboration feature that would allow for employee engagement for decentralized workforces
  • Reduced compliance risk - distribution of paystubs to correct employees
  • W2 / Paystub Distribution - major employee enhancement for ease of use / visibility
  • Employment Verification - major administration efficiency

Allow us to Pushing W2s, Paystubs and tax information to keep our systems in sync! This allows for us efficient delivery of these items!
The tax experts and employment verification experts / SME have been very beneficial as a great resource for us as we enter new states!
This is great! It’s a great portal that allows totally viability (and accountability / compliance) in a single spot. It allows for great reporting and a data strategy that allows us to have a “single source of the truth”, that is readily accessible.
ADPs ROI and ease of implementation, configuration and an adoption was an easy selection to us. The cost savings and value proposition alone, sold the platform to our C suite.
