Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Across the whole organization. It addresses being compliant with Amazon.
  • The 24-hour hotline for Amazon is amazing! I use it all the time and everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful.
  • Checks are delivered very quickly, emails are sent along the entire way.
  • I do not like that it is difficult to change the times in the group time card. You have to go to the individual time card if you need to add a line. I wish you could stay on an earlier date without it going back to the current date when you go to an individual time card.
  • I don't like how an extra hour is automatically added on if they are one minute under lunch or over the 5th hour. I feel like it should be highlighted to show you easily when an extra hour of PMI is added on because those things are easy to miss when you have to constantly check time cards daily.
If you asked me after my first one-hour training with ADP if I signed up I would have said, no way! It was difficult to understand, the hour training was too fast and not enough. I couldn't get anybody to email me or call me back ever (especially the two people I was training with). It was the biggest headache of starting this business. Once everyone was complaining, and ADP added the 24-hour helpline, and it completely changed my view on ADP. The only reason that I did not switch to Paycom was because of this 24-hour hotline. If you ever get rid of it, I will jump ship. I cannot say enough great things about the 24-hour helpline and the employees that work those shifts. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always follow up with you.
