Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is being used by our entire company (since around 2005). I myself have worked with ADP for 25+ years. I'm a devout user. I receive calls all the time to change to another company & I always turn down even meeting with them. Thank goodness my company lets me decide this!
  • I have had nothing but great experiences with ADP, but, on the occasion that I do run into an issue, it always gets resolved by bumping it up the ladder. I've never come away without a resolution.
  • ADP has long call wait times, especially at the end of the year - that's my only complaint.
  • ADP is a good investment for the money.
I cannot provide a response as we do not use in person training from ADP.
I do not understand this question.
  • Online open enrollment
Found it too difficult to use.
I find that ADP employees are very well trained. They are friendly and very capable.

I was not involved in implementation, but the woman who was said it went pretty smoothly.
  • Just learning to navigate - but it went well.

Very Good - although speaking with an individual was sometimes easier & better.
Yes, it was fairly easy. Yes, I recommend this approach.
We did not use in person training.

I do not have any experience with configurability.
No - we have not done any customization to the interface
No - we have not done any custom code

I've never had any issues with ADP. I'll stay with them till I retire!
