Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It's currently being used for payroll, HR and benefits. We also use it for employee self-service for accessing paychecks, making changes such as address, taxes, dependents. We also open it up for open enrollment to eliminate paper.
  • Everything so far goes very well. I just wish that more of the communications to the employees were more automatic and detailed such as when it's time for a newly eligible employee to enroll in benefits, etc.
  • Could use more set up functionality such as newly eligible.
  • I wish it would utilize more drop down boxes.
  • It saves so much time having everything integrated.
Overall, the training for instructor-led is wonderful. They are very thorough.
I love the fact that you can add modules based on your company's needs.
I've always been a customer of ADP because their software is always up-to-date and customer service is out of this world!
ADP WFN definitely suits our needs at this time.

  • I create alot of custom fields to capture information from a module we don't have yet.
ADP is consistently upgrading on a frequent basis, taking into consideration customer feedback.

ADP Workforce Now Implementation

It was so long ago that I don't remember implementation.
  • I don't believe there were significant issues.
  • We've been a customer since 1999 so if we had issues, they were taken care of.

ADP Workforce Now Support

I've had nothing but great results when I call in for support. If the support person doesn't quite know the answer, they will put me on hold and ask another support person or call me back.

I'm amazed at the benefit functionality of this software. The information that it captures to streamline processes it amazing!
