Overall Satisfaction with AdWords

It one of best selling tools, it helped us to reach customers outside North America. It is used by our department, but all others come to us if needed. Sometimes we would like to have more support from Google.

Pros

  • Drives a very good amount of qualified traffic.
  • Has the ability to target very specific areas, such as zip codes.
  • Gathers a huge amount of data that helps you find insights on your customers. It can be linked with Google Analytics.

Cons

  • Most of the time all reports have to be downloaded and then processed in a spreadsheet.
  • Sometimes the policies of advertising are not clear.
  • It has the capability to measure every cent and how it is spent.
  • Faster way of getting sales.
  • Google does not always set a fair price, even though your keywords are not competing with anyone.
  • Bing
The amount of users is bigger in Google AdWords.
It gives our company the best results in terms of driving traffic to our site. Therefore sales come more often from this platform.
It gives you a lot of control, therefore your budget will be spent only with your potential customers. It also gives you the possibility to find out exactly how customers are looking for your products. In other words it lets you find how people are typing on Google to find any particular product.
