Overall Satisfaction with AgoraPulse
We use Agorapulse largely in the marketing department, but also to pull stats for corporate. We use the program to schedule and review content, and respond to guests on all pages. It addresses our need for statistics, setting goals, quickly reviewing content, and seeing all channels in one place.
- Valuable stats for engagement across all channels.
- Less time swapping between channels.

- Application that combines all on one device.
AgoraPulse is the absolute best out there with customer service. We were rewarded for reviews, and have been contacted about issues (that were later solved) instantaneously. Not to mention the easy to use app, packaged statistics, and comparison to competitors.
- Very well suited for one person managing others that are responding to content, and accomplishing more interaction with people visiting your pages.
- Less suited for a very small company that could do everything themselves (but even in this situation, Agorapulse would be helpful).
