Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse

Agorapulse is being used in the Marketing Department. It has improved our processes to be more efficient when creating, scheduling, and monitoring Social Media accounts (8 in total). Having all accounts and functions in one dashboard saves us an important amount of time daily. We have two users using the Agorapulse dashboard and it keeps track of who replies, reviewed, or schedule any of the posts.
  • Agorapulse allows you to create one post for multiple platforms at the same time (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter...) it also gives you the option to adjust each one of them according to the platform guidelines (it shows an alert when it doesn't meet the criteria).
  • Agorapulse dashboard and mobile app are well designed, the use is very intuitive and simple.
  • Agorapulse support team is very professional. They also offer free webinars to learn how this works before subscribing.
  • Agorapulse synchronizes the information from several platforms into one dashboard to monitor comments, reviews, etc. in a more efficient way.
  • Agorapulse can improve the integration with Instagram to be able to publish multi-images posts without an extra step in the Mobile app.
  • Agorapulse can improve the way we can select the order of pictures in a multi-image posts. Right now the order is the one you have when uploading the pictures instead of having an option of dragging the picture to organize it.
  • Agorapulse can improve the way a multi-image post is seen in the calendar. Instead of only one post on a day it shows a post per image on the calendar dashboard.

  1. Project Manager & Marketing Support: Decides what gets published and on what date, this information is completed on a spreadsheet for the Marketing Assistant to take it from there.
  2. Marketing Assistant: Creates the posts and schedules it based on the spreadsheet mentioned above.

Both of them monitor the comments, reviews, shares.

Agorapulse allows creating one post on several platforms at the same time and also adjusting the description on each platform separately. The last time I used Buffer it was awhile ago and the description of the post needed to be generic to be able to work for all platforms at the same time.
It has been a great experience working with Agorapulse, I recommend it all the time! Every time there is an ongoing issue, the support team notifies us with details and progress until it is solved. There is a big difference in terms of time and efficiency since we started using Agorapulse.
