Overall Satisfaction with Aha!

We currently use Aha! across all IT and Code related functions at my organization to manage all software releases and fixes for current and future work in the company. It helps us create, prioritize, track, and monitor all work related to bug fixes, ticket requests, and future code release work for our systems.
  • Track all software related work in one place
  • Great way to prioritize work based on requirements and urgency
  • Extremely scale-able
  • Requires some dedicated work to get up and running
  • Not as "pretty" as some tracking systems
  • Can be overwhelming if you don't use it frequently
  • Helps make sure work is completed on time.
  • Since moving to Aha! we've seen a decrease in the amount of time it takes to complete upgrades and releases.
  • No more lost ticket requests or forgotten work.
Compared to some other types of software we've tested or use in other areas of the company Aha! has a better user interface, has more customization ability and grows with the company and the work we're doing.
We've always had excellent support whenever we need help from the company or need questions answered regarding the setup and installation of the product. Tickets are answered in a timely fashion and there's minimal back and forth to get issues resolved, which are rare.
If you have the time and resources there really isn't anything you can't get Aha! to do for you in regards to managing workflow and releases. The Prioritization features are top of its class, the dashboards are getting better and better every day and the team all seem to really enjoy using it to manage their workloads.

For large organizations looking to manage and categorize a significant amount of ongoing work and backlogs, Aha! is an excellent resource and tool to manage everything and everyone in one place. It's easy to use and is a great tool to visualize what needs to be done and keep the work on track. Not necessarily recommended for smaller project-based work.
