We use it for all corporate calls (incoming and outgoing calls) and employee extensions.

- Clarity of calls
- Easy transfer
- Great APP
- Need to be able to text
- Accept text messaging
- Have more than a hold option
- Calls are easy to make with good reception. No direct ROI impact
- Call recording helped us establish a standard approach to call answering as a company
- We had some dropped calls but overall good quality
RingCentral was more expensive and more limited in its application.
