Overall Satisfaction with Aircall
Aircall is used for all of our reps to make their calls as well as leveraged for call reviews due to call recordings. The transcript that it provides our reps is very detailed and accurate and saves us plenty of time to recap the conversation. Aircall has been a great learning tool for us outside of just making calls.
Pros
- Call quality
- Recording
- Transcript
Cons
- More and better call insights
- Sound quality at times is inconstant
- Calls dropped at times
- Great call listening recordings
- Synced with salesforce very quickly
- System was always up and running without crashing
Aircall’s integration to our CRM, salesforce is second to none. Right after a call is made it is uploaded into salesforce right away and is a great way for our reps to reference back on.
dialpad was far more of a struggle to access call recordings for my reps as not only was the audio quality a bit inconsistent but accessing the recordings was very tough without assistance from our operations team.
Gong is a great solution but is far more costly, Aircall is a great bang for your buck.

Using Aircall
Aircall is commonly used to reach out to prospects via phone. My organization leverages aircall more on a 1 off basis to call prospects compared to a parallel dialer. Aircall is great to reach out to individuals and have the call recorded which can be reviewed for feedback later on.
2 - We have two people in our organization that support our aircall services. The type of skills that are needed to support aircall contain being comfortable with reporting, dissecting data, integrations, being in contact with aircall support.
all of this is extremely important especially if there are any errors on aircalls end where it may need for us to contact support
