Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a theatre production company that is evaluating locations and projects for a future performance space. There are grants and RFP's to manage, community to build, fundraising to do, among many other things. It will be used by members of the project team from within and outside the immediate company - as I expect ultimately our contractors and vendors will be added too, at least, in order to view project status.

Cons

It's odd that sometimes Enter closes a field, and sometimes it's a key combination. There's probably a reason - I just haven't figured it out yet.
The default tracking notes are a little hidden -- so I set up a reference field for them.

Return on Investment

The best return is that we can keep everything in one place
The second best thing is that because it's online - my team can get the info from anywhere.

Alternatives Considered

Trello and Axosoft

I am with Airtable because the others didn't work well for me.

Likelihood to Recommend

I've already recommended Airtable to a few other organizations. I can't think of a project where air table won't work. Our project is very large - has many stakeholders - groups - tasks - and action items on a wide timeline. It's working great for us.
