Used by one of our many external services, which we provide to some of our clients, to give them a better experience when using our main product. Airtable makes it easier for us, in terms of effort and cost, to develop these services by acting as an external temporary database.

fieldbook

Airtable has more views to present data compared to fieldbook. Airtable has its own mobile apps. Air table has better API documentation and also offers integration to almost all popular apps. Airtable also offers a far better role and permission management and for us, that is very valuable as we want to control the information within our organization.

Likelihood to Recommend

Airtable is suitable for every organization that needs a centralized database or organizations that have multiple services that require the same data or has overlapping data between them. Airtable can be the general source of raw data that can be retrieved by multiple different services with different database structures with their API.
