Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
empowerHER was researching a CRM to use in lieu of Google Sheets. As a nonprofit, many of the off the shelf products were not a fit for our organization. We needed something to manage our enrollment, volunteers, and donors. Airtable is a perfect fit for us. Having all of our data in one location, easily navigated, sorted and filtered as needed has dramatically increased our productivity.
- The ability to fully customize tables: I create the names for each field, the order in which they are used on the table, and choose from 13 preset field types.
- The Block feature to create a dashboard that reflects the most important aspects of our organization at a glance.
- The ability to link between data on different tables, saving time with navigation.
- It would be helpful to know when multiple users are using a base. Screens are shared. Sometimes, as I am working, another team member is also online and changes the view of the screen that I am working on.
- Airtable has had a positive impact for our organization. We have wanted to grow and expand, but our prior infrastructure did not support that growth. We thought we needed to invest a large sum in a CRM program. Onboarding with Airtable was fast and painless. The annual fee is extremely reasonable.
- Google Suite
Airtable is in a class of their own making. I don't know of another product that compares to them. They look like a spreadsheet and act like a database. It's perfect.
