Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Airtable to track our members, their progress, registration for events, revenue, engagement, donations, and other needs as they arise. Since Airtable took off in our department, it's popularity has spread throughout the Foundation. Airtable has allowed us to centralize Excel spreadsheets, creating a more accurate profile of our members and their engagement in one location.

We have recommended Airtable to colleagues. An example of a scenario where Airtable is well suited is a recent event we hosted with a tight schedule that was in flux the entire day. Airtable allowed us to provide an up to the minute public (and safe) view of the schedule, while only having to make updates in one location. Airtable made it's own case in that instance.
