Overall Satisfaction with Algolia
We use Algolia for search and collection ordering, for a large number of single item SKUs. Our key problem is that we don't have stock depth, so it is difficult to use search to show customers what they want, when items can sell out quickly.

- Not great account management - no monitoring of overages or contract
- Expensive
- Difficult to integrate technically - we aren't using lots of the features
- We haven't seen an increase in conversion from Algolia
- We haven't seen an improvement in customer perception of search
In theory it offers more, but due to tech limitations we aren't using it to full capacity.
