Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

I use AlphaSense in multiple ways -- as a current awareness tool, to drive ongoing competitive and market research initiatives, to support due diligence efforts, and to monitor adjacencies. Not to mention as an indispensable tool in tackling Executive, Board-level, and ad hoc requests across a myriad of topics.
  • Quick view of earnings/company performance.
  • Industry assessment, by theme or keyword.
  • Deep dive by topic.
  • Tearsheets, by company, topic, product.
  • Increased search simplicity: ease of use across simple searches/quick searches.
  • Clear visibility to equity research access/page count status.
  • Tighter integration with Stream!
  • Replaced weeks of work with hours on AlphaSense -- genuinely, two hours later, we had an answer.
  • Shifted roles, lost headcount -- but maintained CI/MI content/insight quality via AlphaSense {automated insights, proactive delivery via an army of 1}.
  • Access to content that costs hundreds of thousands via other platforms -- targeted via AI, at a fraction of the cost via AlphaSense, in both time and money while delivering an exponential amount of value.
Constantly evolving tool, from a feature/function perspective, and focused on usability Would benefit from a "Quick Start" feature/function set -- i.e., get started in less than 30 minutes by doing X, deploy alerts by doing Y -- less customer success calls, less interaction, more out of the box functionality and more of a focus on empowering any and every user, out of the gate. Don't worry about user engagement with your people, AlphaSense team -- focus on user engagement with your content. Not every user wants to be an expert; they just want to be ready to go.
I didn't need a pitch the first time I bought AlphaSense -- and I didn't need a value pitch the second time, either. I will continue to bring AlphaSense into my teams and organizations, budget-willing because it empowers my teams, my organizations, and, ultimately, my business. The world is moving quickly -- my industry is moving quickly -- and AI-powered AlphaSense gives us another way of ensuring that we are moving in line with, and often ahead of, the market just as we aim to.

Very well-suited to deep vetting of concepts, quickly -- extraordinarily useful for a quick deep dive into a specific topic, whether it is a company, a product, a business unit or an individual executive, or a team, in preparation for a meeting or in response to a market move. Gets a bit clumsier for discovery work -- for casual searching that is unprompted or if/then searching. But if you know what you're looking for? If you are following a trail? AlphaSense is an astonishing tool that can take days of work and boil it down to minutes. I would be absolutely lost without it -- I've built influence maps, conducted due diligence, and replaced market research with content from Stream? It's astonishing the power that the AlphaSense platform has and can deliver.
