Overall Satisfaction with Alyce by Sendoso

Gifting to prospects and customers

Pros

  • Excellent delivery of gifts without having to give me your address
  • The web delivery and flexibility if I got the gift wrong for the participant
  • Options in the marketplace

Cons

  • The marketplace needs to be far more robust
  • The process to add a gift to the marketplace needs to be easier and faster
  • Positive impact of being quick to get what I want out to prospects/clients

For gifting on cold outbound or from when you are just getting to know someone Alyce is incredible. After that, when you are looking for something extremely specific that's the only place I divert.
