Overall Satisfaction with Alyce by Sendoso
We have recently started using Alyce and I adore it!! It's extremely easy to use and it's been fun working together to create custom gift boxes that customers/prospects will love while thinking about our company. The Alyce team is extremely supportive, easy to connect with, and contact. It has been an extremely positive experience so far.

- Customer Service
Cons
- Integration with Calendly and making it so BDRs can link their AE's calendars and still send gifts
- A dark mode on the site would be greatly appreciated
- Definitely could use a little more variety in gifts available
- Seems to have good impact so far
- Haven't noticed any cons
- Is great for us to start using as our Outbound processes keep building
