implementing Anaplan solutions across 3 consulting companies for our end customers since 2013. Worked in use cases relevant to Supply Chain (Sales & Operation Planning) , Finance Analysis Reporting and Sales Performance Management (Incentive Compensation & Territory Quota Management. Handled plethora of projects ranging from annual maintenance to large scale digital transformation in various roles ranging from Project Director to enterprise architect- relevant to Anaplan implementation

  • all teams move to Anaplan- live planning
  • responsive and responsible accountability
Easy to train and navigate, overall platform is straightforward- multiple sources of training available across portals
can be implemented across multiple use cases- also Anaplan is an enterprise solution. Had good reviews in market and also used by other competitors in industry

Well suited for general planning across industries across various use cases ranging from Supply chain to Sales performance to financial planning. Not recommended for industries where requirements are not well defined and end users are not active to share business logic relevant to a use case- as Anaplan is fully custom build based on business logic
