Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk
I use AnyDesk for problem solving, just in case we can have remote access to the computers. However, it is not known as other commercial remote access tools and people are not to familiar with it. Sometimes, it is not easy to communicate by chat when remoting a computer and been moving from one screen to another when trying to share files instead of having opportunity to do it on the same screen makes it complicated.
Pros

- Fast installation
- No installation required in some cases
Cons
- Copy and paste from one device to another (shared clipboard)
- In window chat option
- File manager
- Chat copy and paste options
- Free to use in some cases
- No installation needed
- No much disk space usage.
The chat option, central dashboard, file management, shared clipboard makes and remote access link creation, makes TeamViewer to be preferred when having remote access required for a problem solving and more, if it would take a long time to be connected.
