Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk

It helps us build a centralized support system for all our staff and teams working in the field, offering various types of car washing and detailing services. Additionally, our customer support team maintains direct contact with our clients. It helps them book appointments with us, all from the comfort of their own homes, using their personal computers and mobile devices.

Pros

  • Minimises the physical involvement of our trainers for training new technicians joining the company.
  • Building better relationships with our clients by assisting them with bookings and understanding services.
  • Also we use it to manage clients feedbacks and share information with each other.

Cons

  • It has no option available to integrate with our social media platforms.
  • The speed of file transfer is slow and laggy and can be improved.
  • There is no option available for multi-monitor support that can improve the workflow more effectively.
  • It helps us in saving lots of extra time and energy.
  • To access all the features of the tool, we need to buy its subscription plan, which is little costly.
  • Helps in improving the learning process more efficiently.
I would like to rate it 9 out of 10 stars because the software has significantly simplified the interaction process for us. Additionally, knowledge sharing and team support can be accomplished in just a few seconds through video conferencing and screen sharing. The physical movement of manpower has been minimised after installing this software in our business.
