AnyDesk - simple and useful
Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk
I use AnyDesk to assist remote users in their work, checking more easily and live what is happening on their PCs and solving problems as if they were in my office. This helps me do my job better and be more efficient, and it helps users get back up and running faster.
Pros
- Remote connection to PCs
- PC fleet support management
Cons
- Have a more intuitive list of managed clients
- I don't have any real return on investment figures, but just consider the fact that AnyDesk can provide remote support to users' PCs that would otherwise be blocked and unable to perform their work, and how much this can cost the company.
- if a user works from home and their VPN client doesn't work to connect to the company, they won't be able to work. With AnyDesk, you can intervene, check the problem on the remote PC, and resolve it.
The products are very similar, I think the choice lies largely in the commercial side of the offer.
