Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk
We are a practice management software for clinics. We are available in 15+ countries and have only one office in India. Initially when we decided not to go for field sales and no physical meetings or demos at all. It was hard for us to be in touch with clients and show them demo of our product. But AnyDesk helped us a lot in solving this problem. We use AnyDesk for demo, solving the queries of clients and we can quickly connect to any system and see whatever the issue is and solve them. AnyDesk helped us in converting potential clients and giving them technical support which is the most important thing in any SAAS-based product. AnyDesk helps in all the aspects of our sales and after-sales process. We use AnyDesk on a day-to-day basis within our team as well as with the clients. It saves a lot of our time and makes the process faster.
Pros
- connect to any system it may be MacOS or windows, it works smoothly.
- We can access the screen and clink on the connected screen.
- we can restrict access as we want according to our requirement so that there is no fear of loosing the access.
Cons
- we should be able to connect from windows to iphone or ipad, it is now possible to connect to ipad or iphone. AnyDesk can work on this.
- the field where we enter remote address should be more visible. New user cannot find where to enter the remote address that takes some time to connect. AnyDesk should change the placement of it.
- If we can change the colour theme of the UI that will be an addon thing. when you daily use AnyDesk you get bored of the same UI.
- Just like a Xmax UI. Any desk should constantly change somethings which makes the UI visually appealing.
- The most positive impact is time saving, in all the aspects using any other thing then AnyDesk consumes a lot of productive time and that cost you a lot more than a single subscription. Using this time in productive works pays you well in the the sales or any other process.
The most important thing is ease of use and easy to understand. zoom, Google Meet and TeamViewer and very complicated as compared to AnyDesk. Within 2-3 clicks we can connect get access and get the work done. It doesn't need the user to be well worse with the system even a noob can use AnyDesk and save time. AnyDesk comes at the top of the list with very small small aspects but that is what matters.
