Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use it for prospecting, finding the right companies and the right roles (decision makers) inside the company to try to do Business Intelligence on them and their websites, social posts and others. We also use it for Sequences, Signals, Scoring and Artificial Intelligence to try to process all the background and to compose emails.

  • BUG in the Signals feature Ticket 188185
  • BUG in Signals (another one) Ticket 191545
  • Check those support tickets I HAVE OPENED more than 2 months ago...
  • We started using Apollo.io heavily on January, and until now, it's bugs have meant more time invested in bypassing them rather than gaining value from Apollo.io, unfortunately this is counter return of investment
Usability is good in general, the concepts presented are not extremely hard to learn and the experience is presented in a way that can eventually be learned. The problem is NOT there but in the HUGE amount of bugs related to Scoring and Signals. Also one very important thing, the amount of FALSE or INACCURATE information that Apollo.io has about Latin American companies is outstanding, it's really tons of bad quality information.

We're awaiting Apollo.io's promise to fix the bugs, we've been waiting for almost 3 months now and the patience is getting near the end... We tried Clay and it seems super promising, though it's more expensive than Apollo.io, we will definitively consider it if Apollo.io doesn't fix their bugs soon.

It's super appropriate for what it is selling, IF IT DIDNT HAVE THE PLETHORA OF BUGS it has had for the last 2 and a half months... Its extremely frustrating because the features we use promise so much, the signals are great and the scoring is great, if it worked!! They built a "new version of Scoring" which messed everything up and stopped me from being able to search precisely for prospect companies and people since.
