Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

we use Apollo.io for prospecting into prospective customer accounts and to grab the contact data (Email, phone, etc) for a given prospect that might be a good fit for our platform. It's especially helpful that it integrates with our sales outreach tool (Salesloft) as it allows us to easily upload new contacts directly from linkedin and place them into sequences we've built out in Salesloft. It speeds up our entire process and makes prospecting super simple and easy to do.

super easy to set up and use for most general usecases - think the platform can sometimes do a bit too much and should try and stick to it's core competencies which is for prospecting data & uploading into CRMS. the only issue I have with the platform is when Apollo.io can't find the data - it sticks you on a loading screen for way too long and doesn't give you the option to manually upload the contact info during this pending stage.
Apollo.io blows zoominfo out of the water as it pertains to a prospecting tool. It is much easier to upload new prospects directly into sequences within Salesloft and the data is much more accurate overall. I run into far less issues with apollo than I did with zoom info and find the whole platform to be much farther ahead from a functionality standpoint.
