Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
We mainly use Apollo.io for outbound Sales. This involves getting the email addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact to the key points of contacts of companies we are interested in making business with or offering our services to. Additionally, we use the platform to check sensitive information of interest about said companies that would otherwise be unattainable to our sales team: Annual Revenue, number of employees, HQ, et cetera.

Honestly, all of the above do something or other quite well. There are three main reasons we have stuck with Apollo.io, namely: Apollo.io seems to have the most trustworthy data about companies, as we have checked their records at times; Apollo.io seems to just have the latest contact info according to sales reps, they get less bounces and such; Apollo.io is just the easier one to use when it comes to the extension, hardly ever lags or crashes, and is simple but powerful.
