Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io primarily for our Sales team to streamline prospecting, sequencing, and outreach. It helps automate email campaigns and manage leads efficiently, significantly improving productivity. The platform addresses key challenges in lead generation and follow-up, making it easier to scale our outreach efforts and maintain consistent engagement with prospects. It's an invaluable tool in our sales workflow.

Well we do use Sales Nav, as I said, Apollo.io data and prospecting can sometimes be inaccurate, but I mean we would definitely use it and it would still get the job done if we didn't have Sales Nav.
Automating processes, sequencing, auto tasks, emails, etc. Huge time saver - one of the biggest benefits of Apollo.io.
I love it, overall, would recommend
HubSpot's sequencing is janky, I don't like how it's set up, also not too good for prospecting - so I never use it.

Sales Nav doesn't have sequencing - so I only use it for prospecting.

Apollo.io is amazing for sequencing, also good for prospecting. Lots of automation features that save tons of time in the process. Great tool for sales teams. But, as I said - it has some issues with data inaccuracy, which is why I use Sales Nav for prospecting. Also would be good to see some more filters like on Sales Nav.
