We are in a niche industry and so being able to narrow down results and find the correct people for our outreach can be extremely challenging. Apollo.io helps me to narrow down the correct people to reach out to within my industry. It has lots of filters that help to narrow down prospects.

We currently are using Apollo.io strictly for finding leads and we are using HubSpot to manage everything from there. So I cannot comment on all of the other tools which Apollo.io does provide.
Apollo.io has saved us the time of having to manually search for leads because it has all of the company, job title, location and many more filters that I need in order to qualify someone as a potential lead. I also really like the Chrome Extension because it has saved me time of having to search for a person or company since it populates their info while I am browsing/searching.
I honestly really liked ZoomInfo and how it was set up. It also had a lot of data, the reason we went with Apollo.io was because for a small company like ours the price was much better. Something I really liked that ZoomInfo had was an Org Chart that allowed you to see everyone at the company and what position they were in.
