Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io for email addresses, competitive intel & email sequencing. I have an individual user seat and we have probably 15 licenses spread out amongst our GTM team. Our goal with Apollo.io is really for efficiency gains - getting to people quicker with better information that will help us book meetings.

Pros

  • Verified Email Addresses
  • Tracking email open rates

Cons

  • The tracking for emails sent is not as robust as other solutions on the market
  • The UI could be updated to be a little cleaner
  • 25% increase in contact validity when comparing to ZoomInfo
  • Negative Impact - not great tracking when using for email sequencing
It's definitely nice to have a consolidated platform that handles most top of the funnel activities a seller would need. It eliminates bouncing back and forth between several platforms which makes things easier.
Having a link that is customizable to send to prospects interested in booking a meeting with you has been valuable. We definitely save time utilizing a lot of these features.
I think simplifying the view on each page would make things easier. It sometimes seems very crowded.
Apollo.io is a better product. Better valid email addresses

It is very well suited for getting email addresses of prospects you're interested in targeting. I think it has a long way to go in the sequencing space as it's not as user friendly.
