Apollo does the Data Enrichment job perfectly
Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
We use Apollo in our day to day GTM activity; it is our go-to platform for enriching data for our GTM efforts. The primary business problem that it solves for us is providing good, reliable data, both emails and phone numbers, for our marketing and sales team to do their outreach work.
Pros
- Enrichment of people and company level data
- Send cold emails from their platform
- Importing lists from LinkedIn sales navigator
Cons
- Data freshnesh, sometimes email are 40-60% correct
- Making the API keys functions easily understandable like which one is for company or to enrich people level data. Its bit confusing now.
- UI is bit overwhelming for new users
- Meeting booking got increased by 3%
- Email open rates got improved by 7%-8%
- Total pipeline generate is approx 90 USD
As mentioned earlier, Apollo is the go-to tool for our GTM operations, and our sales team is also utilizing this platform to enrich data and manage details within it. Basically we are utilizing Apollo as a makeshift crm for our operations. It has been a game-changer.
It saves a lot of time that usually goes into researching, then identifying ICPs, etc. Using Apollo the research part becomes much easier, we also run an automated workflow using make.com and apollo for enriching data of our website visitors, which is really something help us a lot, along with saving a lot of time for the salespeople who used to do this manually.
So we have evaluated Seamless AI, Enrich AI, and Snov.io before finally deciding to settle for Apollo. These platforms have better UI and some, like Snov, have good email sending capability, but they all lag when it comes to their database; they do not match up to Apollo. Apollo leads in this segment.
